Law 10-148, the “American Architectural Foundation Amendment Act of 1994,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 10-550, which was referred to the Committee of the Whole. Signed by the Mayor on June 23, 1994, it was assigned Act No. 10-261 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review. D.C. Law 10-148 became effective on August 17, 1994.
